I bought a receiving sheet for my daughter. Yesterday she told me that the severe pain in her joints is much less and she feels better. She gave it to me to try for a few nights and the anxiety in the mornings was not so strong . I plan to buy a sheet for myself too.

Llevaba tiempo leyendo sobre estas sábanas, pero finalmente me animé a comprar una en oferta y estoy feliz de haberlo hecho. Mi variabilidad en la frecuencia cardíaca siempre ha sido baja, casi nunca pasa de 20. La primera noche usando la sábana, subió a 38, ¡un 51 % más que mi promedio nocturno! Además, dormí toda la noche sin levantarme al baño, lo cual es rarísimo para mí. Desde entonces, duermo profundamente todas las noches. El único efecto secundario leve es que tengo sueños increíblemente vívidos, ni buenos ni malos… solo intensos. El dolor de cadera también ha desaparecido y, en general, me siento con más energía. La recomiendo totalmente.
Compré mi primera alfombrilla de conexión hace poco más de dos meses para probar. Me sorprendió gratamente que funcionara y mejorara mi calidad de sueño :)
Desde entonces he comprado cinco más y una sábana para regalar a amigos y familiares.
